The beginning of what many players refer to as the finest finishing stretch of holes ever played. This hole requires an accurate tee shot down the left side of the fairway to give the player the best chance to reach the green in two. Water and a huge fairway bunker also down the left side force many players to bail out right on their tee shot. Trees overhanging the right side and a huge grass depression fronting the left side of a wide, two-tiered green makes a challenging approach shot.
